International Phytomedomics and Nutriomics Consortium (IPNC)
In the center of the logo, the DNA strand represents genomics. The leaves of an abstract tree and background represent the medicinal plants and nutraceutical crops. The capsule at the bottom of the logo represents development of plant derived medicines, nutritionals, and nutraceuticals signifying phytomedomics and nutriomics The two hands represent health and nutritional security.
Overall, genomics of medicinal plants and nutraceutical crops addresses health and nutrition security for human beings in the world. Phytomedomics and nutriomics will be the next-generation tools to ensure health and nutritional security.
